		<description>Hello,

I work missing person cases with others who do the same. Yet we all do not utilize man made technology as much for such work. I am, like everyone, psychic. Only I actually believe that I am. So are psychics allowed to search for and possibly locate Evan Ratliff as well? Or is this contest not open minded enough for such abilities?

		<description>Brilliant. We (the BBC) were looking at a very similar (if not identical, darn it!) idea as part of experiments for our open source documentary about the web &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.bbc.co.uk/digitalrevolution/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Digital Revolution&lt;/a&gt;

We&#039;ll be watching with great interest. Maybe you&#039;d like to talk to us / guest blog for us when it&#039;s all over and the count is in? You&#039;ve got my contact details for when you de-cloak :)

Many thanks and best of luck!
